A. Discipline, Qualification & Job Specifications: 

1. Civil (Construction) - Engineering Degree in: Civil/ Structural - Candidate should have experience in Supervision and experience in Quality Assurance in Industrial Projects. He should be well acquainted with Civil & Structural works for piling, pile/open foundation steel and RCC structure, fabrication and erection of Steel Structure. He should have work experience in areas like Fertilizers/ Chemical/ Oil & Gas/ Power Industries.

2. Civil (Design) - Engineering Degree in: Civil/ Structural  - Candidate should have experience in Design of concrete / steel structural works related to Fertilizers/Chemical/Oil & Gas/ Steel/ Power Industries. Experience in Structural Analysis, design by STAAD PRO is essential. Experience in preparation of Technical Specification/ BOQ for construction tenders and design of Machine Foundation will be considered as an added advantage

3. Electrical (Construction) - Engineering Degree in: Electrical - Candidate should have experience in execution of major industrial projects in the field of Fertilizer / Chemicals / Oil & Gas / Power / Refinery/ Petrochemical etc. Candidate should have good working exposure of site supervision in electrical construction related activities. Capable of handling project site during construction, erection, inspection, testing related activities independently. Should be in a position to lead a team of Engineers of various disciplines. Should also have knowledge of construction codes / standards. Having experience of site tendering jobs from home office/site will be considered as an added advantage.

4. Electrical (Design) - Engineering Degree in: Electrical - Candidate should have experience in Design & engineering of power supply/distribution system (High Voltage / Low Voltage), power system protection, illumination system, earthing system, etc. Procurement of electrical equipments/materials like HT/LT switchgears, transformers, UPS, Inverter, battery & battery chargers, motors, variable speed drives, generators, cables, lighting materials, earthing materials, etc., Equipment sizing, Preparation of technical specifications for procurement of electrical equipments, erection BOQ & NIT, etc., Preparation & Interpretation of Electrical Drawings, Classification of hazardous area from electrical installation point of view, Familiarization with national & international standards & codes (IS, IEC, IEEE etc.) Knowledge of MS Office, Auto CAD and electrical software like ETAP etc. will be preferred.

11. Management Services - Management Services - Candidate should have experience of execution of major projects in the field of Fertilizer/Chemicals/Oil & Gas/ Power/Refinery etc. Candidate should possess fair knowledge of project management activities like – planning, monitoring, procurement & contracting, billing, reporting, follow-ups with vendors/contractors/clients, project cost control & maintenance of project deliverable etc.

Materials Management -  Degree in Engineering OR PG Degree/PG Diploma of 2 years duration in management with specialization in Materials Management - Candidate should have experience in Materials Management especially in Procurement of materials /services under International / National competitive bidding, must be conversant with taxes/duties, import & export procedures/policies and should have relevant knowledge of Govt./Statutory rules & regulations, etc.

12. P&A - PG Degree/PG Diploma (2 years regular course) in PM/ HR/ PM&IR PG Degree/PG Diploma (2 years regular course) in Labour & Social Welfare Labour relations (LSW) MBA (2 years regular course) with major as PM&IR/ HR - Candidate should have experience in Personnel Management/ HR Development/ Industrial Relations/ Labour Welfare. Experience in Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Performance Management, HR Operations is desirable. Experience and knowledge in handling Grievances and Labour Laws (such as PF, ESI, Bonus, Contract Labour, Maternity, Minimum Wages, Gratuity Acts, etc.) applicable for consultancy organizations will be preferred.

14. Process-  Engineering Degree in: Chemical /Chemical Technolog - Candidate should have experience in process design, preparation of process flow sheet with heat and mass balance, P&I diagrams, equipment data sheet, process simulation, technical services, HAZOP study, operation/commissioning, etc. in a Consultancy organisations engaged in Fertilizer/ Oil & Gas/ Refinery/ Petrochemical/ Chemical industry. Must have experience in leading group of process engineers. Candidate having experience in Coal Gasification/Acid & Salt Industry can also apply.

15. Project Management - Degree in Engineering preferably in Chemical/Mechanical - Candidate should have experience of execution of major projects in the field of Fertilizer/Chemicals/Oil & Gas/ Power/Refinery etc. Candidate should possess fair knowledge of project management activities like – planning, monitoring, procurement & contracting, billing, reporting, follow-ups with vendors/contractors/clients, project cost control & maintenance of project deliverable etc..

5. IT - Diploma in Computer Science - The candidate should have working experience in support/ maintenance of PCs, Printers and related Hardware. Must have Good knowledge of Windows Operating System. General: 

1. All above qualifications should be from recognized University/Institute. Minimum qualifying marks in Degree / Diploma/ ITI/ qualifying exam shall be 60% (55% for SC/ST). Engineering graduates with post graduation degree from recognized University/Institute will be considered as additional qualification. For Finance discipline, minimum qualifying marks of 60% shall not be applicable for CA/ICWA passed applicants.

2. The OBC (Non-Creamy layer) certificate issued by the Competent Authority in the above referred prescribed format should not be older than 06 months as on cutoff date (30.06.2019) i.e. certificate issued on or after 01.01.2019 is only valid for the purpose.

3. TA - will be reimbursed to & fro journey by III AC(including Rajdhani) (by Rail fare) for Engineer/Executive in all Grades and Sleeper class Rail fare for Sr. Drafting/Jr. Drafting Staff/Jr. Const.Supervisor post by the shortest route(within India) to only to the candidates duly shortlisted by HR/ Concerned Indenting Deptt. and appeared before the Interview Board subject to production of copy of the ticket. TA shall be transferred online in his/her bank account only to the shortlisted candidates qualified to appear for interview.
